All goods are subject to availability. If for any reason beyond our control we are unable to supply any goods then you will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to you, substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.

To get the most out of any goods, you should take care to follow the care instructions. The goods we sell are for consumers for general domestic use only and must be used for the intended purpose.

We reserve the right to change any services, product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. All prices and descriptions supersede all previous publications. All sizes are approximate. We do our best to colour match product colours on our site; but due to differing monitor calibrations we cannot guarantee that colours and details in images are accurate representations of the product.

Stock availability information on the website is the latest updated record but may not be totally current and does not guarantee that stock is available. Delivery dates and stock due in dates do not form part of any contract with us and we cannot be held liable for any losses whether direct or indirect if your order is delayed or not delivered by any dates that may have been given by us.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. Please note that the recipient of any products shipped outside the European Union may also have to pay import duty or other taxes, fees and charges applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

Returns Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, simply fill out the returns form included in your parcel and send it back with the unwanted item(s) to the address provided on the form. Please return the item(s) in the original, undamaged packaging for a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) within 28 days of receipt of order.

In the event that the product is damaged on arrival please notify us as soon as possible by email or in writing and we will advise you how to obtain a full refund or a replacement.

When returning item(s) , the goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error and recommend that you use a recorded/insured service for delivery.

Condition of returns:
It’s important that returned items are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them.
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with the seller.

The seller will process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card (via Paypal) within 5 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with the returns policy Terms and Conditions.

Returns Exemptions and Exceptions.

The following items are generally non-refundable:
- personalised items that are specially made, or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold.
- sale or reduced price items. The 28 day return period does not apply to sale Goods. Customers in the UK have seven (7) days from the day after you receive sale Goods to return them to us. There are no Free Post returns on sale Goods
- gift vouchers.

Please check whether an item is non-refundable before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
